Cole Schoultz is all about people, community, and living life to the fullest. After moving to Australia in 2001, Cole spent eight years in outdoor education before transitioning into the disability sector - both roles that helped shape his passion for helping others and building strong connections.
Now working in real estate, Cole brings that same energy and people-first mindset to every client interaction. He’s outgoing, approachable, and genuinely loves getting to know people from all walks of life. For Cole, real estate isn’t just a job; it’s a lifestyle that fits perfectly with his love for the outdoors, adventure, and community.
Based in Toowoomba with his wife and two kids, Cole is a proud local who’s always up for a chat, a coffee, or a community event. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him fishing, camping, boating, or out on his motorbike. He’s passionate about making a positive impact and being an active part of the Toowoomba community.
