Liz began her real estate career in Hawthorne, Brisbane, before relocating to Toowoomba in 2012. Since then, she has proudly called the Darling Downs home, building long-lasting relationships within the community and developing a reputation as a trusted and results-driven Property Manager.
With nearly 15 years of experience in Property Management, Liz has had the privilege of working across every facet of the industry, from administrative beginnings and Assistant Property Manager, through to leading teams as Head of Property Management. This broad experience has given her the ability to confidently manage every situation that both clients and their investment properties may face.
Known for her professionalism paired with a genuine, personal touch, Liz prides herself on providing exceptional customer service, honesty, and a strong knowledge of legislation. She understands the discipline and commitment required to ensure all aspects of property management run seamlessly, and her goal is always to create a stress-free experience for her clients.
As an investor herself, Liz appreciates Property Management from both perspectives. She knows the importance of safeguarding her clients’ assets while delivering consistent results. Loyal, results-oriented, and grounded in her “salt of the earth” approach, she is committed to exceeding expectations and keeping her clients’ best interests at the heart of everything she does.
Liz’s strong agricultural background has shaped her values and work ethic. Growing up on her family property in Mount Alford in the Scenic Rim, she later studied at the Australian Agricultural College in Emerald. Today, she and her husband, a proud Toowoomba local, continue to be deeply connected to the Darling Downs community. Beyond Real Estate, Liz is also a co-owner of a not-for-profit organization called “The Weekend Locals” dedicated to supporting rural communities doing it tough, ensuring her agricultural roots remain strong.
