Biography
As an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Manager, Gillian has several years’ experience managing premium commercial properties across the Toowoomba region. She focuses heavily on maximising property value and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for her property owners and tenants.
She manages various types and sizes of properties, such as offices, retail spaces, storage facilities, and commercial and industrial buildings. Her broad responsibilities include ensuring tenants follow legislation and regulations, following the lease renewal process for tenants and property owners, rent collection, and processing repairs and maintenance for every facility.
Treating every property like it is her own for the benefit of both tenants and property owners, she develops positive and strong relationships to ensure positive outcomes. She believes in “going the extra mile” by being available and in tune with all aspects of her portfolio, by providing solutions and answers, and by taking a proactive approach to all situations, big or small. Gillian is people-focused, task- and goal-orientated, and passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience for all she encounters.
Gillian is originally from Ireland but has called Toowoomba home since 2002. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and pets. She is an avid gardener and loves to spend time baking and creating new dishes in the kitchen.
